Concerned with issues affecting our community, our businesses and our children, Carin Smith is an outspoken advocate for Reisterstown and the surrounding area.

A licensed real estate agent with Steuart, Ensor & Smith, Carin understands that building a better Main Street is more about the people residing here than it is about the property they possess.

That's why Carin has devoted significant energy as a member of RIA's Board of Directors.  As chair of RIA's Promotion Committee, she has been the driving force behind many of our organizations most successful events.

Carin's concern for the welfare of this community inspired her to run for a seat in Maryland's House of Delegates, where she received tremendous support from Reisterstown residents seeking a voice in Annapolis. Sensitive to the needs of the disabled, Carin seeks to improve the lives of all residents and recognizes that Reisterstown's future depends on the quality of our school system and on the cultural amenities available to our children.
