Irwin R. Kramer
As chairman of RIA's Design Committee, Irwin works with government officials and property owners to build a better Main Street.
A new kid on the block, this veteran trial lawyer came to our neighborhood in 2010 with his purchase and restoration of Ebaugh House at the southern gateway of Reisterstown's historic district. Once home to a prominent Maryland educator, this 1891 Victorian is now home to the law firm of Kramer & Connolly.
Understanding the importance of preserving Reisterstown's rich history for future generations, Irwin has encouraged other property owners to take pride in the maintenance and improvement of Main Street buildings. Working with state and local officials, his Design Committee lobbied the State Highway Administration to allocate $2 million to enhance Main Street's safety and historic character.
Beyond the design of Main Street and its buildings, Irwin has also played an integral role in the design of this website to promote the work of RIA, upcoming events, and Main Street businesses.
