About the Access Retail Report

As part of our strategic efforts, RIA collaborated on an Access Retail Report to provide an in-depth analysis and develop a retail vision for Main Street. This report outlines actionable steps to:

  • Fill vacant retail spaces with businesses that support the district’s identity.
  • Enhance the visual character of storefronts, including considerations for signage.
  • Recommend streetscape elements that support retailer success and improve the shopping experience.
  • Address competitive positioning relative to Owings Mills and other nearby Main Streets.

The insights from this report align with our mission to create a dynamic, economically sustainable Main Street.
