Crystal brings extensive experience in the arts, education, and community-based projects to her role as Main Street Manager for Reisterstown. With a professional background as a contract community artist and arts integration educator, she has worked across various artistic disciplines and has significant experience in artist/team management, volunteer coordination, and event planning. Crystal has successfully organized opening events with local communities and sponsors, written and applied for numerous grants for projects involving neighborhoods, schools, streets, and private property, and is skilled in curating and promoting events through social media platforms. As Main Street Manager for several years, Crystal is passionate about Reisterstown’s growth and is excited to continue contributing to the Reisterstown Main Street strategic plan to build a better Main Street for the community.

Charlie has been a life-long resident of Reisterstown and has a deep passion for the continued improvement of Main Street. He greatly values the historic significance of our town and is always eager to lend a hand, volunteering for various committees and enjoying the events held throughout the community. Having served as President for several years, Charlie plays a key role in leading the organization, facilitating general meetings, and overseeing the strategic direction of the Reisterstown Improvement Association. His dedication to both the preservation of Reisterstown’s heritage and its growth ensures that our community remains vibrant and welcoming for all.

Actively serving on the Economic Committee, David is dedicated to driving initiatives that support local businesses and foster economic growth along Main Street.

Brianna has been a Reisterstown resident for nearly a decade, drawn to the town's rich history and vibrant culture of creative arts. She serves as the Board Secretary, bringing her prior experience in secretarial duties from her time in small-town government in Massachusetts. Brianna also has a strong background in preserving history, particularly through her work enhancing and preserving historical cemetery records, ensuring that the stories of our past are honored for future generations. Additionally, her historical character, Serendipity, can be seen in full period costume at our Historic Plaque Unveilings, where she reads the history of each building, adding a personal touch to the town’s rich heritage. Her dedication to historical preservation and community engagement continues to make her an invaluable asset to Reisterstown Main Street.

He collaborates with the police and  local security to ensure the safety of all our events, organizes monthly clean-up efforts to keep Main Street attractive and welcoming, and strives to make our town a destination for everyone to enjoy.

Mary played a key role in founding the Reisterstown Improvement Association in 2010 and remains committed to advancing our mission. She actively fosters partnerships and collaboration with community stakeholders, tirelessly recruits volunteers to support various committees, and ensures the community stays informed through materials shared at over 40 events each year.

He leads the organization and facilitation of monthly Community Business Meetings, providing a platform for collaboration and engagement among local businesses. Pat also oversees our "Annual Beer and Wine" Fundraiser, a key event that supports Main Street initiatives. His unwavering commitment to economic vitality helps drive the success and sustainability of our local economy.

Vicki, a retired Chair and member of the Baltimore Council, has brought her wealth of experience and leadership to the Reisterstown Main Street as the Chair of the Design Committee. With a passion for enhancing the community’s visual appeal, Vicki works tirelessly to support our design initiatives. Beyond her work with RIA, she is a dedicated volunteer for the Student Support Network, helping to feed hungry students in Baltimore County Schools. Vicki is also committed to improving our relationship with local government, fostering collaboration and ensuring Reisterstown’s needs are represented. Her dedication to both community and service makes her an invaluable asset to our organization.

Kathy, a life-long resident of Reisterstown and one of the original founders of the Reisterstown Improvement Association (RIA), has dedicated herself to supporting the growth of our community. Beyond her managerial role, she has been instrumental in promoting the town and organizing yearly events that bring the community together. As the Membership Chair, Kathy continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening the connections within our community and fostering Reisterstown's vibrant future.

Jess, owner of My Purple Mat, LLC, is a proud Reisterstown native who returned home after retiring from the United States Air Force. With a deep love for her community, she opened her yoga studio as a way to give back and create a peaceful space for others to find balance and well-being. Jess’s connection to Reisterstown goes beyond her business—she is also actively involved in running the Reisterstown Farmers Market, where she enjoys bringing people together and supporting local vendors. Her dedication to fostering wellness and community makes her a true asset to Reisterstown.

Pat has called Reisterstown home since childhood, married a fellow Reisterstownian, and raised two children here. Over the years, she has witnessed many changes but cherishes the town's enduring 'small-town' friendly atmosphere. After retiring from her federal career and her role as a girls' lacrosse and field hockey referee, Pat embraced her newfound free time by joining the Reisterstown Improvement Association. As the head of the Grants Committee and a member of the Board of Directors, she is dedicated to supporting initiatives that help Reisterstown grow while preserving its unique charm. Pat also contributes to the monthly Community Business Meetings by hosting the informative “You Might Want to Know” segment, keeping attendees updated on local happenings and opportunities.

Emory has been a proud Reisterstown resident since 1999 and an active supporter of the Main Street mission long before joining the Board as a Member at Large. Whether participating in Main Street cleanups, attending the Farmers Market, or enjoying Music on Main, Emory is always engaged in community activities. Additionally, he is deeply involved in Scouting programs chartered at Trinity Lutheran Church and Covenant of Grace, reflecting his commitment to fostering growth and connection in the Reisterstown community.

Bob Reynolds, brings his leadership and dedication to the Reisterstown Main Street team. In addition to his role on the Board, Bob is an Appointed Officer with the Reisterstown Ionic Lodge, where he works to support the community through his involvement with local organizations. His commitment to both Reisterstown Main Street and the broader community makes him a valuable contributor to the continued growth and vibrancy of the area.

Participate in our Monthly Meetings

​Come join our Monthly Community Meeting, held on fourth Wednesday of every month at the Trinity Lutheran Church Life Center Room 7pm. This is a great opportunity to learn about upcoming plans for Reisterstown Main Street and share your experiences within the community. Please park in the lot behind the building and use the entrance leading up the walkway to the Life Center. Your participation will help us create a better town and contribute to our community's growth.


Our Community Business Meeting takes place on the second Tuesday of every month at 11am at Reter's Crab House & Grille. These meetings are open to anyone interested in Main Street Reisterstown, with a focus on Main Street business and property owners. We discuss important topics such as local business issues, grant opportunities, filling vacancies, and attracting new businesses. Come be a part of the conversation on how to help our local businesses thrive.
