Start at Reisterstown Library (33 Cockeys Mill Road) for Story Time at 10am.

Reisterstown United Methodist Church (RUMC) will host a Touch A Truck event starting at 11am.

Come in your best Halloween costume for the contest at the library parking lot @ 12pm. Show up early to get registered. 

Once the contests are over, stroll down Main Street and trick or treat at local participating businesses and other organizations!
